Welcome! My name is Joe Krabill, I am a Certified Professional Inspector, and owner of Hand In Hand Property Inspections, LLC., as well as being a Certified Mold Inspector, Licensed Wood-Destroying Insect Inspector, Licensed Radon Tester, and Licensed Radon Mitigation Contractor. I received my inspection training from a nationally accredited hands on classroom setting, not online. Currently, Ohio does not have a licensing program for home inspectors, however once they choose the board members and begin the requirements for licensing, all of my credentials will qualify and transfer into a license. In addition to home inspections, I have gained experience in home remodeling, so I have seen my fair share of issues that can arise within a home.
